I have been an HR professional for over 12 years and have worked across industries including Technology, Telecoms, Professional Services, Property and Engineer/Manufacturing as a senior leader. Having worked in large corporates as an International HRM and Project Manager in the latter years of my career I have honed my skills as a change manager and gained vast knowledge of employment practice across Europe and Asia.
This varied background and breadth of skills led me to set up HRSS to provide solutions and support to smaller organisations who do not have the resources for an HR team but still want the same level of support and engagement within their business to enable performance and attainment of organisational goals. I particularly identify and enjoy working with Tech firms and the challenges they face in retaining, attracting and motivating their teams in an ever-changing fast paced landscape. Diversity being a key challenge particularly in the SW, where I am based, which is increasingly become a hub for Tech start and scale ups. I am also a mentor to students from the UWE HRM MSc programme and Governor for a Bath Secondary School.
